Due to financial constraints, Property Ownership has made little Capital Investment into the property despite the property being a 9 year old hotel as of 2018. Maintaining strong levels of Guest Satisfaction and property reputation despite the Capital Constraints has been a critical challenge due to challenging market conditions in this heavily Oil & Gas Sector dependent Houston submarket.
