While our typical engagement entails a base fee based on the hotel’s revenue, we will entertain alternative options such as equity in lieu of fees. We also are open to considering a minority investment in your hotel, depending on our perception of the opportunity.

Thorough and timely reporting

Market Share reports assessing performance of your hotel vs. the competition will be sent on a weekly basis. Each month, you will receive a report detailing your hotel’s guest satisfaction scores. We also provide monthly income statements which not only present your GOP% (Gross Operating Profit Margin) but also the monthly cash flow generated by your hotel after accounting for debt service, reserves for future renovations, property taxes, insurance and change in Accounts Receivable so you can easily and quickly assess your return on investment.

Transparency

You will be provided a log-in to Accounting Software for your hotel so you can log in at your convenience to view all financial data concerning your hotel. Quality Assurance Inspection results and observations will be sent to you upon receipt from brand management.
